New A.P.R. format for S.A.E.

Can any one please make it sure that the new A.P.R. (Annual Performance Report) format will be applicable for S.A.E.s also. As written on the front page of the A.P.R., it seems that not only Assistant Engineers and higher level Engineer officers, S.A.E.s should also fill up the same format and submit it to the Assistant Engineer.
Friends, please let me know if you are sure of it.
