One of my teacher friend is an assistant teacher in honours post.He enhanced his qualification by obtaining Master degree(correspondence course) on the subject in which he has been appointed only taking the permission of the school authority because the school authority has not forwarded the necessary documents to the DI of schools.This month he has been interviewed by the SSC as a candidate for the PG post of 12th RLST conducted by WBSSC.Now my question is if he got a new appointment by the school service commission(SSC)then is he get the advantage of such higher qualification in the subsequent appointment in any school with all the benefits of his past service ?Please reply.Thanks ….
1) Your teacher has to submit the EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE from his school authority at the time of PERSONALITY TEST. ( It was written in the letter of personality test)
2) There is a number is allotted for the experience of years to prepare the merit list.
3) He/She has to submitted his/her approval letter from his D.I.
Is not it?
So, we can say, by these above supporting documents helps him/her to get his/her previous service continuation.
