Because your P.T. Teacher is appointed for normal section. It is not possible to change the section or not convert a subject between to section.
He has Hons./P.G.Degree in Pol.Sc..
So, the school authority will may get an advantage from this teacher. To showing his qualification of pol. sc., the school may get the subject permission for until, if the under taking is given by the teacher that- ” I am eager to teach the sub. pol.sc. in class XI-XII. But I shall not demand higher scale of pay for this reason.”
As a result, the school will get the subject and may demand for the permanent teacher for this subject.
