Prasun Babu, I don,t know in which district your school is in. In your ORDER, was there any mentioned about your questions? The names of the nominees are selected/appointed by the SED. You have no power and there is no mention to justify their testimonials/ bio-data.So, in generally, you are in darkness about their qualification, profession etc.
If you get the instruction by the D.I.’s end about the matter, then you must do so. Otherwise you should maintain the instruction of the ORDER, I think.
Say, you are unofficially informed that one of the nominated person ( say-President) is an in service teacher ( Primary ? Secondary?? Para-teacher???). And you did not call this person as he is an in service teacher. And you asked to hold the post to the S.I. of Schools in your circle. In the time of formation the committee, if the candidate comes with a group of people, and wants to know why you did not call him? Then what will be your answer? What will be the S.I.’s answer? You can not show their the Memo No. 303(22)-SE/S/10M-24/15 dated 20/04/15. Because it is issued to all the D.I.s. not to all the head of institutions.
