    I am a teacher of new set up jr. high school. i have completed my 2yr 6 mnths at present school. i am single teacher in my school. my query is if i qualify ssc 2013 RLST then may i got NOC/release from secretary ( S.I. or D.I. of schools)? i want to get continuation benefit. plse help me. if any G.O. regarding to this then kindly upload.
