i am an assistant teacher in hs section i will complete 5 years of my service in 16/8/2015. i want to go to b.ed this year in deputation.but my school is saying that 2 other senior teachers of different subject in hs section is going to b.ed in deputation this year. so i cant go.so if i go to b.ed in 2015 will my annual july increment of 2015 be affected. i have also heard that 3 teachers of different subject can go for b.ed in deputation in the same year.is there any G.O. regarding this.if so then please provide me as early as possible. the 2 senior teachers dont get b.ed chance in colleges year after year.so they are sent every year.why i am going to suffer for them

As per the existing Memo No. 982 Sc/G dated 07.03.1968 not more than two teachers may be deputed in a year. And the selection for deputation is to made as per G.O. No. 297-Edn(CS) dated 26.02.1985.

thanks a lot .but please answer what will happen to my july 2015 increment. my date of joining 16/8/2010.is there any way that a 3rd teacher can be sent to b.ed in deputation in the same year.

In ODL mode a school can leave as many teacher as it wish. But if you are in H/PG scale your school may not leave you to undergo training in ODL mode.
