What is the latest rule regarding obtaining higher qualification or degrees or doing any course? Is permission of DI/ADI mandatory? or is the M.C. empowered to give permission? waiting for someone to supply me the relevant G.O. THANKS.

What is the latest rule regarding getting higher scale from Bsc (hons) to Msc scale? Is the permission of DI or managing committee is necessary? pls give me the G O regarding the matter.
