On-duty for attending Counselling and Admission of B Ed

Hi everyone!
Recently I had to attend the Counselling Programme of B Ed of a university to choose the Institution and to deposit a part of the admission fees.
And after a few days from today I have to visit that chosen Institution to get myself finally admitted to the B Ed course.
Am I entitled to get “on-duty” for these two days.
Is there any G.O.?
Please help.No “on duty” is consider in that case. There is no such provision to grant “on duty”.
