One day pay deduction for strike on 28th February

The government has issued order to deduct one day pay of those employees who were absent from duties on 28th February 2012. Pay of February has already drawn and paid to the concerned employee. If the amount of one day pay is to deposited through T.R – 7, what will be the head? Please answer. thanks.

The amount can be deposited by TR 7 with proper account head. (Pay head – V-70)
But there is another way. The amount can be deducted from his next monthly salary bill showing overdrawn.

Yes but you may need the T.R.7 in excel. Here is the file
