This has been very awful to deal with these government employees. My father was retired more than 7 years ago. Though he has been getting his pension per month but haven’t got his pension file cleared and the money he had earn during his carrier as primary assistant and head teacher.
On my 17th visit to DPPG department, Purta Bhaban, I discovered that the file was transferred to the Burdwan Gov. emp. pension department and now it has been more than 3 months to get verified and corrected by SI, katwa circle.
I called pension department, burdwan, calls SI, Katwa several time, even my father did same.
But, the answer was just similar as before- we will do this/SI will do this/don’t worry about the file as we are feeding your file very well/Kolkata DPPG department is just poor in delivering queries..bla bla and bla….
Even I called our state Finance Minister Mr. Amit Kumat Mitra, but his PA didnt pass my call to him. Then I post our queries to finance department through postal mail, but no acknowledgement yet! I called at Pension department, Writer’s Building but the concern person also blamed DPPG department!
This is clear that none of the Gov. employee has changed. The 4th grade employee in gov. sec will behave with you like a Super/Director.
Foremost, the worse thing about it – there is no particular governing body to monitor whole thing and provide actual and proper support (*means actual and proper support) to each of us.
As of now, DPPG department will not ask Burdwan Pension department to return the files ASAP as DPPG department is just free from the responsibility.
This is a fact that these Gov. employees never earn for state/country. They creates deficits in economy. They forget that we pay them every month.
They are the PUBLIC SERVANT (means PUBLIC SERVANT) and they are bound to serve to people. But the current situation is – no worse word will fit or penetrate their thick fatty skin.
