Sir,
I was in the employ of R K SWAMY BBDO, Kolkata office for the period 1981-90 and 1998-2010.
On both occasions they maintained my records in the same account number of 263.
My employers have written to the RPFC, Chennai requesting them to process my pension at the earliest by letter dated 20th November 2013 which by stamp has been acknowledged as received by the RPFC office. I have since not heard from them other than verbally being told by R K S BBDO my previous employers to check with you. Thus this online enquiry. The copy of the aforesaid letter I got from R K S BBDO yesterday after much follow up. On the strength of which I am writing to you. The reference number given in the letter is TN/MAS/GR41/Accts/RO/2013 dated 21st October, 2013.
I have been following up on this for now nearly two years. I would be ever so grateful if you could kindly help.
