OPD claim under WBHS 2008

Dear Friend
Kindly let me know in details how to get the OPD claim under WBHS 2008. The OPD claim is a real confusion. Is there any body who can clear my confusion.

The process of both OPD and Indoor claims are same. The only difference is that discharge certificate is not necessary here.
