We must welcome the order of devision bench, where the bench said that all the applicant will have to pass the TET exam for primary appoinment. Then there will be two panels. One for the trained and another for untrained. Let us consider there are 50000 no of vacancies. There are 25000 no of trained, out of them 10000 will pass the TET. then at the time of appoinment you have to appoint these 10000 of trained and then the remaining 40000 will come from the panel of untrained. We know there are a large number of private basic colleges in west bengal where a large percentages of the studens have got chance to do the training by giving a large amout of capitation fees thouth they have no such percentages in M.P. or H.S. exam. Here i also want to say, what is the guilty of unemployed young candidate who passed graduation or masters degree. Why they will not get a chance to compete for getting a job of primary teacher?
