Hello Sir,
I have questions and would appreciate a earliest response.
1. Is a person with a Surname “Prasad” comes under a backward/reserved category in West Bengal and India.
Example: Does Mr. Lallan Prasad belond to a backward caste in West Bengal.

2. Do people with “Sah” surname belong to the Halwai community. If yes, then do they also belong to the Backward/reserved category in West Bengal and India.
I referred your above list but it has mentioned Moira and Modak Halwai only.
Do “Sah” belong to do this Moira and Modak community.

Kindly help me with the earliest response. Need this for my project thesis.
