OBCWB18012012/5896 this is my OBC application number. I applied on 22-8-2012. Till now I didn’t get my OBC certificate. I just want to know that when I will get my certificate. I am facing lot of problems due to this certificate which I don’t have. I faithfully begg you to grant my request and please help me..
