I want to know in which circumstances the part bill will be made. Is there any rules or regulations under this scheme?
Can I make a part bill under Rs.3000/- though the total bill amount is above Rs.20000/- within 3 months according the same disease and same treatment under the same doctor?

Sorry friends, as per existing guidelines there is no such provision neither in case of Indoor nor OPD. FULL amount have to be claimed. However, you can claim advance for indoor treatment upto 80% of the total estimate of cost of the treatment.
