i was working with the Madhya Pradesh Housing Board (now Chattisgarh Housing Board) from 15th January, 1980 to 31 August, 1983 as a work-charged sub engineer, (in the pay scale 300-12.5-400-EB-20-500-25-600) and was drawing the salary 337 + other allowances later on the cadre was regularized from work charge to regular from 1 April 1981, after submission of a technical resignation, I joined the DDA through proper channels as a junior engineer in the pay scale of 425-15-500-EB-15-560-20-700. I wish to know about the following-
    1) Would my pay and allowances in my new workplace be protected because of my previous work experience?
    2) Would i be able to avail pensionary benefits?
    3) Would I be eligible for increments and ACP keeping in mind the work-charged/regular service?

i was working with the Madhya Pradesh Housing Board ……….. after submission of a technical resignation, I joined the DDA through proper channels …………..
    1) Would my pay and allowances in my new workplace be protected because of my previous work experience?
    2) Would i be able to avail pensionary benefits?
    3) Would I be eligible for increments and ACP keeping in mind the work-charged/regular service?

You have not mentioned that date of joining DDA. Anyway, you will get pay protection.
You will be eligible to get pensionary benefit if you qualify for the same subject to the terms and conditions of service under DDA.
For the purpose of ACP previous service in ex-cadre post is not counted.
