Can anyone post the circular of wBBSE regarding the implementation of paternity cum CCL .Is the GO of finance dept enough to enjoy CCL among the male school teachers?
Is this g.o. applicable to male teachers also?If this be so why a separate g.o.from higher edn dept be published for the male teaching and non-teaching employees only pl.enlighten the matter.
In the above G.O. departments are requested to amend their leave rules.
“the concerned Administrative Department will take steps for amendment in the relevant leave rules or regulations or bye-laws as applicable.”
CCL is to be taken for child’s care and also it is to be taken within prescribed period i.e. during child birth and within the child’s attaining of 18 years’ age subject to compliance of other conditions.
