Can anyone tell me whether we(staff of high school) can avail ccl cum paternity leave or not.Please clear my confusion.If there is any g.o. please provide that.Thanks.

Thank you sir.But in our school i cannot take this leave.According to our HM this order is not enough to take the leave.As our HM said that ‘in this order,there was a line which says every department should ammend this rule in their leave rule .’ So he wants an order from secondary education board.What should I do? Please help.

The G.O. from finance department itself mentioned the eligibility of paternity leave for school teachers also.
