I AM AN HONS/PG TEACHER. MY BASIC PAY IS 17980. HOW TO CALCULATE 18 DAYS OF FULL PAY FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST 2014 AND 2 DAYS OF WITHOUT PAY FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER 2014 , 8 DAYS OF HALF AVERAGE PAY FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2014 AND 2 DAYS OF HALF AVERAGE PAY FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2014 .MY D.A IS 58% OF BASIC. H.R 15% ,MEDICAL ALLOWANCE 300. P.TAX 150. P.F 1750. PLEASE REPLY SOON ITS URGENT.

1) For August (18 days)= 17980/31x 18 days= Basic pay=10440/- D.A.=6055,H.R.A.=1566, M.A.=174/- TOTAL=18235/-
Half pay leave
RULES OF CALCULATION :-
I) 1/2 of Basic Pay=8990/-, D.A.-5214/-,H.R.A.-15% of full basic pay=2697, M.A.-300/-=17201/- is half pay of a month.
2) divide the no. of days of a month, the result will be a salary of 1 day.
3) For September of 8 days of HAP is- 17201/30= 573 X 8 days= 4584/-

1) Total salary is calculated for 18 days of August.
2) Calculate 2 days for HPL according to the rules of calculation (1) & (2)couldn’t understand sir. if u kindly elaborate it.
Salary of December (31 days) = Basic pay= 17980/- D.A.=10428/-,H.R.A.=2697/-, M.A.=300/- TOTAL= 31405/-
For 2 days of without pay= 31405/31(days)=1013/- x 2 (days)= 2026/-
Your Gross pay for 29 days of December will be 31405-2026= 29379/-

One primary teacher has completed one year bridge course but the mark sheet has not been given (held up) yet as the teacher do not have 50% in H.S. The teacher is currently doing up-gradation. Will the teacher get training benefit (A category scale) from the date of publication of bridge course result (as arear) or from the date of publication of up-gradation result?
