I have recently joined an autonomous organisation on deputation with L12 matrix under 7th pay commission scale. My Parent cadre scale last drawn was Rs.16650-39100+8500 GP based on 6th Pay commission(Little higher than 6th Pay commission scale) .My last parent cadre Basic Pay was Rs.40280(31780+8500) ,DA @144% was Rs.58005/- and IR @21% was Rs.8459/-.Now I have opted for pay fixation as per my parent cadre. So, kindly guide me whether borrowing will fix my pay according to 7th pay commission as borrowing organisation has already implemented 7th pay commission or it will remain as per my parent pay scale i.e. Basic+DA+IR + deputation Allowance+HRA & TA etc. in borrowing organisation.
