    Hi guides/mentors/friends..
I was Asst Headmaster of a Govt Aided school. I took General Transfer as Assistant Teacher to another school.
How will my salary be fixed…will it be a difference in Grade Pay between AHM and AT post or will it have to be recast… Please guide me through

When you were appointed as an AHM, then you received en extra increment and extra grade pay. Now you have joined as an assistant teacher.
As an assistant teacher you will deduct only extra grade pay from your present Basic Pay.
    Thanks a lot.

Thanks Sir….is there any reference /GO that I cite in this connection….because in the district of Coochbehar an AI insisted that the pay be recast for another gentleman whose case was similar to mine….ie AHM taking transfer to another school as AT

You will lose only the extra grade pay which you have been drawing since you were appointed the AHM. Thats all.
