Scale of Pry. teachers:-
1) Non trained- As per ROPA’98 RS.3150-80-3690-90-4380-100-5680/- As per ROPA’09 Pay Band Rs. 5400-25200/- Grade Pay-Rs. 2300/-
Ist app. Pay fixation:- 3105/-x 1.86=Rs. 5859/- Rs. 5860/-( Next rounded off Rs. 10/-) +2300/-( Grade Pay)= Rs. 8160/-(Basic Pay).
After 1st increment. Rs. 8160+ (8160 of 3%)[R/O 10], (8160+ [244.8=250] = 8410/-(B.P.) Pay in pay band+ G.P.( 6110+2300)……..
2) Trained teacher:– As per ROPA’98 Rs. 3350-90-3800-100-4700-125-6325/- As per ROPA’09 Pay Band Rs. 5400-25200/- G.Pay Rs. 2600/-
1st. Pay fixation- 3350×1.86=6231=Rs.6240/-( Pay in the Band) + 2600/- (G.Pay)= 8840/- (Basic Pay)
After increment. 8840+ ( 8840 of 3%) = 8840+270= 9110/- (Basic Pay) ( Pay in the Band +G.P) (6510+2600)………..

Dear brother,
Please specify your question i.e. What was the previous qualification? What is the upgraded qualification? Whether permission for upgradation of the qualified course has been taken from the compitent authority or not? Dear papu78,
Pls see Sl No. 1(i) and 1 (ii) of Annexure-VIII in ROPA,2008 (page no. 19). If an ‘un-trained teacher’ with Matriculate/School Final/Madhyamik or equivalent qualification becomes a ‘trained teacher’ with matriculate/School Final/Madhyamik or equivalent qualification he is eligible to get Grade Pay Rs. 2600 instead of Rs. 2300 in PB-2 (Rs. 5400-25200). Now, when Grade Pay is changed, pay of the employee will be fixed by granting one increment (@3%) as per pay fixation Rule 11(1) of ROPA,2008. Therefore, in case of acquisition of D.El.Ed degree, a primary teacher would become ‘trained’ and, thus, draw new pay in PB-2 with GP 2600 after getting one additional increment.

After 1st increment- do Rs. 6010/- do Rs. 2300, do Rs. 8310/-
After 2nd – do Rs. 6160/- do Rs. 2300, do Rs. 8460/-
After 3rd – do Rs. 6310/- do Rs. 2300, do Rs. 8610/-
………………………………………………………. Rs8780/-
-…………………………………………………………Rs. 8950/-, 9110/-, 9280/- …..
After completion of Training :- Pay in pay band;- Rs.6240/- G.Pay Rs. 2600/- Basic Pay, Rs. 8840/- after one Increment. Rs. 9000/- then 9170/-, 9340/-…
If existing Pay in pay band.pay in between Rs. 5860/-…to.Rs.6160/- After training his/her pay will be fixed Rs. (6240+2600) = 8840/-

May I request you to show the derivation – how have the pays Rs 6010 and Rs. 6160 come from the base value of Rs 5860 after grant of increments in successive years! -
