I joined as an A.T. (M.A. scale) on 12/12/2002. I was appointed Asst Headmaster on 03/09/2009. I joined a junior High School on 28/12/2010 as Headmaster. The School is going to be a High School w.e.f. 1/1/2013. MY SERVICE WAS CONTINUOUS AND WITHOUT BREAK.
Now I got an addl. increment on being appointed AHM w.e.f. 03/09/2009 and my Grade Pay changed from 4800/- to 5000/-. Next I got another addl. increment on being the HM of a junior High School but my grade pay remained the same. On 12/12/2012 I got my 10 yrs. benefit (one addl. increment). As I have completed 10 yrs. before 01/01/2013 (the date the junior school is going to be high school) I will remain the HM of the school. Should I get another addl. increment with grade pay of Rs. 5400/- after becoming the HM of a High School?
Whether the Scale of Headmaster has changed to Pay Band 4A i.e. Rs. 15600 – Rs. 42000/-? (G.O.NO. 961-F(P) DT 7/2/2011) IF YES WHAT WILL be my fixation? thanks… waiting for help.

As per Rule (6) of G.O. No. 198-SE dated 06.05.2003, your pay will be fixed in the scale of pay of Headmaster of a High School as per normal rules after excluding the additional increment which you were drawing as Headmaster of Junior High School.
I could not find the G.O. No. 961-F(P) dated 07.02.2011. Can you provide me this G.O.?
