i am got appoinment in tribal development of maharashtra as an asstt. techer(madhyamic) and i’m b sc bed ii class. presently i’m working in the 1 step region .so pls how will be my pay fixation

I am working as an A.T. in Pass scale from 7/5/1999. I am an M.Sc. ,B.Ed (IGNOU).Now my question is am I illegible for the post of Assistant Headmaster? According to G.O. 1628 GA dated 10/7/02, regular B. Ed. is required. Is IGNOU B.Ed. is illigible?

Are primary teacher get 3percentum additional increment asper ropa,09 para 11(a) vide memo no. 46-SE(B) dated:27-02-2009?

A primary teacher have complete 2 yrs. D.El.Ed course . Are the teacher get 3% additional increment + grade pay benefit rs.300 (2300 +300)? As per order of 46-SE(B) dated: 27/02/2009(ROPA,09), para 11(b) , and ref. department memo no. 209 -SE(EE). dated: nil.
It is not a non- functional promotion . Then, why the teacher do not get this type of benefit?

1. If an AT in pass category draws rs. 15720 /- as basic pay and then joins to another school in PG category, what would be the new basic ?

2. If an AT works in pass category for continuous 6 years and then joins to another school in PG category keeping service continuation, when 10 year benefit will be awarded ?

3. If an AT completes 10 years of continuous service on 30.03.2016, when and how next normal increment and 10 year benefit will be adjusted ?
