Sir, I have joined to the post of Assistant Professor on 29-01-2019 in the pay scale 15600-39000 with AGP Rs.6000 with starting basic(Basic+AGP)Rs. 21600. Prior to joining the post I drew salary with basic pay(PG+GP) Rs. 26770 as a permanent assistant teacher of Govt. aided H.S. school. I have joined to the post of Assistant Professor on 03-12-2015in the pay scale of Rs15600-39000 with AGP Rs.6000 with starting basic(Basic+AGP)Rs. 21600. Prior to joining the post I drew salary with basic pay(PG+GP) Rs. 23770 as a permanent Assistant Teacher of a Govt. aided school.As I join my university with PhD, I am entitled to get five non-compound increment. But the authority has given me three non-compound increment considering me as an in-service teacher as I have been given service continuation with pay protection.
Under the circumstances, I am in deep concern.Please illuminate on it.
