I was a primary teacher since 2004 under Purba Medinipur D.P.S.C to 31.01.2019. After taking permission from my employer I sit for wbssc and after taking release joined as A.T. in a high school on 01.02.2019 under WBBSE.
As a primary head teacher I got rs35000 and as a secondary teacher I get rs 32000.
Can i get pay protection and continuation.
