Pay Protection while moving from School to College

Happy New Year 2015 to all the friends.
I am working as Assistant Teacher of PG scale at a Govt. sponsored school (Present Band pay Rs.18390 + Grade pay Rs.4800 = Rs.23190), now if I appointed as Assistant Professor in a Govt. aided college (Band pay Rs.15600 + Grade pay Rs.6000 = Rs.21600 for fresh appointment), will I get the benefit of pay protection?
And will I get continuation of service in terms of Pension, Gratuity and Leave Encasement?
If yes, please please upload the relevant GO’s.

There is no provision of pay protection in such cases! Only length of service rendered in school may be counted in college subject to availability of service book from the school.
