Payment of Arrear Leave Salary

Sir,
I retired from Govt. service on 28.02.2013 and I have drawn leave salary as was due on the date of retirement subsequently my pay has been enhanced/ revised on account of allowing 25 yrs benefits in term G.O. issued by FD, WB on 28.12.2012. Accordingly my Basic Pension has been enhanced and additional CVP & RG have been drawn as per order of AG(A&E), W.B.
Now a question arises as to whether I will be entitled to payment of arrear leave Salary due to enhancement of Pay or not. Pl. specify G.O.
