Being a Head of Office , I have a question to ask that: The beneficiary availed for the medical indoor treatment Cataract with IOL in a non-empanelled private hospatal under WBHS’08. Cost of reimbersment for medical treatment of Rs. 22257.00
Please give instruct me wheather the above medical rembersment may be made sanctioning by the Head of the Office in complience of G.O. No. 10539 dt. 21.11.11 item no.4 and G.O. No. 797 dt. 31.01.11 or other order sanctioned by you.
Wheather no need of sanction order by the Secretary for this case?

for cataract treatment only day care is admissible and only 60% or 80% of the package rate as per wbhs-08 rate chart for non-empanelled hco depending on bed capacity …. no related opd is admissible.no need of sanction of secretary of the deptt.
