Permission for Higher Study – Cancellation of Order No. 438-SE

I am a pass graduate i.e BSc (pure) science PCM appointed on 01.08.1997.I completed bridge course in mathematics from NBU in 2006 after getting prior permission from DI.I got prior permission for MSc for Maths from DI on 2007 but couldn’t appear.Later on 2012 I passed MA(Maths) through distance education from SHIATS,Allahabad i.e in my relevant subject and applied for post facto approval of study/exam leave through DI.The DI asked my school secretary to apply at wbsse,kolkatta but it has been more than three months since I applied for approval of leave. I have applied for RTI to SPIO on 05/05/2014.Please tell me what can I do more?

A Honours Graduate teacher who, after joining the post, improved his qualification with prior permission of the competent authority(M.C.) should be entitled to draw pay of post graduate teachers,provided the teacher has to be successful in the examination(theoretical and practical) of the post graduate degree in a subject relevant to his appointment and without hampering the normal course of business of the school. The Govt. should pass order soon retaining the G.O. No.1595-SE(S) dt.26.12.2005.

আমি 2013 সালের ডিসেম্বর এ bio-sc pass ক্যাটেগরী তে জয়েন করি । জয়েন এর আগেই আগস্ট এ মাস্টার degree র জন্য দূরশিক্ষার মাধ্যমে M.Sc.র 2013-2015 session তে ভর্তি হয়েছিলাম।
এখন M.Sc র পরীক্ষার জন্য স্কুল কর্তৃপক্ষের অনুমতি বা D.I র অনুমতি কি পেতে পারি?
উল্লেখ্য, এক্ষেত্রে আমি উচ্চ বেতন দাবী করব না। আমি শুধু আমার কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে চাই। এখন উপায় কী?

I joined in dec,2013 in pure science ( pass). At present I doing b.ed on deputation in regular mode. Can I pursue MSc . in distance mode parallely in same session???
Er jonno ki karo kache permission nite hobe???
