In my opinion, you should wait further.
If G.O. is not published within 6 months, you may go for a court case. In both ways you will get arrear.

Thank you for reply. But in many cases like me they have gone to the High court and got the order in there favour. So I am confused.

I have applied to the D.I., …. He is telling to wait for Govt. G.O. ………there are many cases where the teachers have got this types of benefits by the order of High Court.

D.I. is correct. Benefit cannot be given unless the relevant G.O. is issued in compliance with court verdict for release of increments. Whether there is any teacher who is IN RECEIPT OF FINANCIAL BENEFIT (two increments) merely on the basis of court verdict in absence of relevant G.O.?

Yes I know that without any H.C. order I cannot get it. But my question is is there any possibility of any G.O. in near future? If not then I have to go to Hogh Court.

Seeking legal justice is probably the last option if no G.O. is issued in near future! One may make queries to Education Directorate on the Govt.’s decision on court verdicts (especially with reference to Moniruzzaman case) under RTI Act.
