i have joined on 16/09/2009 in a high school through SSC.in my appointment letter my post was mentioned as additional post.but in my approval copy there is typed that”approved with effect from 16/09/2009″.having consulted with my head master and D.I. Office,i come to know that the teacher, in whose place i was appointed, resigned from service after completing 2 years,but at that time his post was not retained.so my headmaster says that my post is additional and it has to be confirmed.i scare that may i have any problem for this in my service? will i get final approval for this?
