May I have, if any Court judgement in matter of posting of Husband & Wife, while both are working under West Bengal State Government service….if there is any Govt order may please refer it.

Posting of husband & wife at the same station is a matter of consideration with utmost sympathy. It’s not binding upon the controlling authorities. Objective is to enable husband & wife to lead normal family life and ensure the education and welfare of their children as far as possible and within constraints of administrative convenience.

i have some central govt. order order related to this topic and also a general transfer policy of nursing staff of w.b. govt. but i cant find w.b. state govt.order or court order relating to this. please post if any body have some order related to this.
