I am an AT in a govt. aided HS school. My date of joining 05/05/05 and in hons/pg category with b.ed. Now the post of asstt. head master is vacant. There is just one senior teacher to me. Can managing committee have the power to appoint me as AHM bypassing that teacher? If interview will occur then is it must to prepare a panel of 3 teachers? Sir reply as early as possible?
