At first I want to say in case of more than one student only one vote will be castes by the guardian.The list of guardians will be followed by this way-(1)father,(2)mother(producing the death certificate of father),(3)in case of death of parents then accordingly father’s father,mother’s father,father’s mother,mother’s mother,(brother,sister,uncle, maternal uncle or lastly the students lives with whom-not less than 21 years age.)
It can be done by two process, (1) Class wise and (2) Area wise (village/municipality/block etc.). During making a list of class-wise, each student has to ask if there is any brother or sister read in. If the answer is “yes” then which class? Now according to the answer of the student mark the class,roll no. and name of his brother/sister. When the list of different classes will ready then the name(s) identify and struck at once.
2. Area wise list will more easy in case of rural areas.Village wise list should be made.
