Greetings everyone.
I had joined as an assistant teacher in a junior high school. I was made the t.i.c by a simple resolution on a loose piece of paper. My other two colleagues, who had joined 3 days before me in this service are now, after more than 3 years, refusing to take the charge, as I would like to hand over the charge ( I had suggested rotation of this T.I.C post). They are citing problems at home and personal problems and citing numerous problems like distance to be travelled everyday and everything else. Even I travel a lot of distance to school daily and have my own personal problems. Can they just shove aside this as an excuse and press me to continue as the t.i.c of this school for inumerable years? I am neither the first joining nor approved for t.i.c. Any help?
