I want to know how the copetent authorities select subjects for the newly created posts for a fresh appointment. Is there any certain rule that the concerned authorities have to follow as in the case of selection of cetegories of posts as per the 100-point Roster?
Yes, the authority has to maintain the Basic Staff Pattern regarding Language Group (i.e., 3+2), Science Group (i.e., 3+2), Humanities Group (i.e., 1+1), Work Education Group (i.e., 1+1) for Normal Section along with 100 point Roster.
However, on 28/02/2012 (later modified on 30/03/2012), School Education Dept. issued an order instructing the all the DI/s that care should be taken so that 50% of total posts (those to be appointed through this order) are filled up by the teachers of Science Group.
