In rural area:-
After completion of the Guardian Vote, the HM or according to clause 4(2B)(2C) D.I. of Schools or his representative or a person appointed by the WBBSE will call a meeting clearing 7 days interval for Office Bearers Election after getting the Govt. Nominee ( generally S.I.of Schools) from A.I. within 15 days.
1)The convener(HM) presides the meeting till to the President is elected or selected by the elected/selected/opted members. Then the elected President of the new M.C. presides the meeting and the Secretary is Elected/selected by the members from the members. In the election of Office Bearers, the President can not casting his additional vote.
In case of the urban area :-
After completion of the Guardian Vote, the HM or according to clause 4(2B)(2C) D.I. of Schools or his representative or a person appointed by the WBBSE will call a meeting clearing 7 days interval for Office Bearers Election after getting the person interested in education (by co-option) within 10 days.
