Meeting with the Staff Council and MC and select an efficient teacher from teaching staff as TIC who is interested to work with responsibility. No doubt, he will be an experienced,sincere, qualified and dutiful.
Then the selected name may sent to the concerned D.I. of school(s) for approval.
