I am working in a PHC under the Dpt of H&FW since last 4years 7months as General Duty Medical Officer(Gr.-I). During this period I was transferred two times excluding CMOH decided change on Swastha-Bhawan order(posting was taken at that time by open counseling). Now,again an interim transfer order came in the same block-same Subdivision but in a different PHC by the CMOH considering a public interest! Residing with wife and a little daughter.
Please tell me if there is a way to avoid this time?
From one administrative cadre I came to know:-
i) CMOH has no power to transfer MO without DHS/Secretery consent.
ii)CMOH has only power to place a deputation posting for not more than 60days for MO.
If these are true please mention the rules/memo.
N.B: A transfer request for home town has already been submitted at Swastha Bhawan.
