The Gram Rojkar Sebak, an contractual employee of a Gram Panchayet, in West Bengal gets Rs. 7500=00 per month since 01/04/2013. Will Rs 50=00 be deducted per month by the G P (as this amount is paid to him by the G P/Pradhan) from his remuneration, according to p. tax rate chart? Pl. email me immediately to my email-ID. Our yearly P.Tax for the period 2012-13 related to R.C. below Rs. 30,000.00. Now we want to submit the return within December 2013. My question as follows:
1. Are we submit the return yearly or Quarterly?
2. How much amount will be the Late fee? please give the late fee slab.
