Presently I am working in the scale of PB-2 Rs. 5400-Rs.25200 GP-2600 as Seal Bailiff in District Court. And the LDA are also receiving the same pay scale PB-2 Rs. 5400-Rs.25200 GP-2600.
Thus My question is can I be promoted to UDA as I am working on the same pay scale as that of LDA ?
If so are there any GO related to it specifying other cadres to be promoted to UDA ?
And how many years of service it is needed to be promoted to UDA ?
