I was appointed in scale no. 14, after 10 year I got cas and moved to scale no.15 with same designation.After 16years of service I got ‘another cas in the same post and moved to scale no.16.After 25 years of service I was. awarded scale no.17 but with the designation of scale no. 14. Now I got a ppromotion to scale no.16. What type of financial benefit I can get with this ppromotion.
