March 3, 2013 at 3:00 pm #77153AnonymousInactiveI’m just sharing process of my School (H.S)-
Can anyone inform me what would be the proper process of Tax filling by a Tax payee or a non Tax payee primary school teacher?
For tax payee teachers- They should deduct their TDS from their salary, deduction of TDS must be reflected on acquittance roll.
Within which date?
TDS should be deducted before the end of the financial year i.e. before 31/03/2013, otherwise he/she should deposit his/her tax by challan in the Bank.
Is it adequate just submission salary statement and form 16 through the chairman of the D.P.S.C by a non tax payee school teacher?
By the income tax rule the person whose income is up to 5 lac is not necessary to submit his/her return, but if somebody is willing to do so, then he/she may submit his/her return personally or by income tax lawyer by submitting his/her details of income, savings, form-16 etc.March 4, 2013 at 1:58 pm #77166AnonymousInactivethank you sir for your valuable information.

Step 1 – Need an estimated calculation of your Grass income.
Step 2 – If taxable (after deduction rebate, relief, direct Tax credit amount etc.), apply to the concern S.I./s for I.T. deduction monthly installment basis as you need. If Taxable income (estimated) less then Rs. 5000/-, you may deduct by one installment at the end of the current F.Y.
Step -3 Submit salary statement, computation, Form-16, 10E (if require) to the concern S.I/s at the end of the F.Y. (after notification of S.I./S)
Step 4- Collect signed Form-16 from your S.I/S and file up it.
It’s a normal case. No need submission ITR ( Return) to the I.T.O. because, all primary teachers are lower income group ( < 500000/-. Signed Form-16 is equivalent to ITR receipt (as per I.T. dept.rule).August 9, 2013 at 1:37 pm #78466AnonymousInactivedear asit da ei samay patrikay published hoye chhilo je yearly income jader 5 lakhero kam taderkeo 2013-14 assesment year e return file badhyatamulak .ei ta niye kichhu amader janan.
