A Non-teaching employee of an aided school under WBBSE in west bengal departs early from school almost everyday without informing Headmaster. What extreme actions can be taken against him for early departure?

Headmaster should mark the departure time and warn him. After few similar occurrence, a show cause notice may be served in this regard.

What can I do if our subordinate staff (HA) Non gazetted crossed my attendance I am a (Group A Officer) Gazetted Officer.
Is it his limitation ?

I applied casual leave and accordingly sanctioned before the leave taken. If headmaster forgot to mark my absence as casual leave then may i mark that day as a casual leave?
