I am a BSc (bio) pass teacher appointed in 2004 in normal vacancy. I finished my BEd ODL through NSOU this year ie 2015.
Now my query is if I enhance my qualifications doing MSc –
1)will that help me get higher pay scale?
2)is there any order or case pending regarding this matter as it denies pass graduate teachers chance/right of qualifications enhancement and higher pay scale.
3)is there any teachers forum fighting this?
4)lets say if I further improve my qualification to PhD then will there be any changes to my increments and pay scale?
