Quarantine leave for Covid positive Teaching and Non teaching staff

As per Order no. 15-DSE-18099/1/2022-DP-SEC-DSE dated 04.01.2022 it is not clear that where the covid positive teaching and non-teaching staff of govt aided schools are entitled to quarantine leave. According to H.M/TIC if any family member of the staff gets is covid positive then he/she is entitled to quarantine leave,, but if the employee is affected then the leave will be deducted from his/her medical leave.

I request for clarification of the above mentioned order.
