as per this order,the govt of west bengal,hold unemployed, for the young eligent youths who have the capacity of doing the any official work and the junior staff who have capacity to take over the job from the retired persons and eligible for the promotion.In this regards,i say all the retired persons who are interested to serve again,they are the most selfish persons who are trying to hold their leg in front of new generations who are looking for the govt.job.
Iam a class 1 diploma holder civil engineer awaiting for the post of Nirman Sahayak since the year 2003 and Iam still unemployed though having all the necessary working experiences from our nearby Gram Panchayat Singrimtam Gram Panchayat under Rangli Rangliatt Block, Takdah ,Dist.Darjeeling. By employing retired persons on the vaccant posts,who should be the pensioners in actual, by an act of govt.job procedure. A pre-planned severe crime is being done to the unemployed youths who are the future citizens of coming tomorrow of this country. I strongly protest on the matter concerned.
