Sir,
If I submit some necessary documents to ‘Office of The Sub-Inspector Schools'( Pry. Circle Office) on behalf of our School as a Head Teacher, Other then S.I/s another staff of that office refuse to give any Receive Copy on behalf of S.I/S . Many time Sir do not stay in Office due to his another urgent works. Please give a remedy about it. Thanks to all.

Send the letter through registered post with A.D. or write the matter to the higher authority jointly with other Head Teachers.

Higher Offices is always negligent towards sub-ordinate offices. This is a common problem of whole of West Bengal. Some documents which are very much necessary to obtain a received copy, so, in such case it may be submitted by registered post with AD. However, until and unless we are concerned about the duties, rights and obligations, the overall environment of work culture can never be improved. We have forgotten our duties, for which we are paid by the Government. Sorry to say but sometimes I thin we are lost souls.

Thanks to wbxpress and also Mr. som for quick reply. But we have no fund for Postal Communication specially Reg.Post. any alternative way?

You are much welcome dear friend. I think the best alternative which may solve your problem permanently is to write the matter to the higher authority jointly with other Head Teachers.
